Welcome to Holiday House
Holiday House is a family-owned property in the beautiful Seascape community and is a dream come true for our little trio. We have been making memories as emerald coast tourists for over 20 years, and we felt it was time to invest in something we could call our own and share with family and friends. From annual beach pics to late night swims and golf cart rides, there’s just something magical about re-centering with those you love while at the beach.
Seascape is a gated community with amenities such as 5 pools, tennis courts, pickleball, basketball, playground and golf course! There are multiple restaurants within the resort gates and many favorites just a short golf cart ride away on Scenic Gulf Dr. Our 6 seater cart will be available for rent during your stay and makes beach access a breeze! Just park in the private lot inside Seascape and follow the pedestrian walkway right to the sand.
Our goal is to create and share a home that is inviting, family-friendly, and provides the conveniences that we’ve loved in our own travels. Comfort, cleanliness, and personalized details are always top of mind, and our hope is that collectively Holiday House feels like home to you, too!
