We have three well appointed bedrooms at Holiday House. You’ll find black out curtains, gel memory foam mattresses, and smart TVs in each one!
Master bedroom: located downstairs with a king bed
2nd bedroom: located upstairs with 2 XL twin beds and a designated desk/work space
3rd bedroom: located upstairs with built in bunk beds, couch, and toys (legos, books, puzzles, Barbies, and blocks)

Relax on our oversized couch after a long day in the sun and enjoy access to all the major streaming services as well as high speed internet and free WiFi. If you’re taking a screen break, feel free to break out the puzzles or board games stored in the cabinet under the TV.

Our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need! You’ll find all glassware on the easily accessible open shelving and kid friendly dishes are stored in the cabinet directly below. In addition to all major appliances, a full size coffee pot and filters, blender, ice maker, and Rubbermaid containers are also provided for your convenience.

We have two full bathrooms; one on each floor. Both have been completely renovated and will be equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Enjoy our covered, private patio for coffee in the morning or wine in the evenings. We also love to break out the cornhole boards for a little friendly competition!

When staying at Holiday House you will have access to the private beach parking lot within Seascape. The blue line on the map above highlights the route from
our house to the parking lot and beach. This is accessible by car or golf cart. Beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and misc floats are also available to you inside our fully stocked outdoor closet!
